Mario Vazquez in trouble?

Mario Vazquez arrives earlier this month at the 38th Annual NAACP Image Awards. It appears Vazquez may have some image issues of his own after a lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles.
He certainly was a favorite, but Mario Vazquez decided to drop out of Season 4 after making the top 12 finals. At the time, he cited “personal reasons” for his departure. This week, a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles may shed more light on those reasons.
It seems “Idol” is in the midst of another scandal after Vazquez was named in a lawsuit filed by Magdaleno Olmos, a former accountant for Fremantle, which produces the show.
Olmos alleges Vazquez “sexually harassed” him while on the show. He alleges the singer, who still has failed to find mainstream success, also tried to pleasure himself in front of the accountant.
Well, that certainly isn’t appropriate for a family show.
As well as Vazquez, Olmos also named Fox and Fremantle in the suit citing wrongful termination. The lawsuit was obtained by TMZ.com and includes this statement: “Vazquez stared lasciviously, smiled lasciviously and on one occasion followed him into a bathroom … knocked on the door of the plaintiff’s stall and made eye contact through the space in the stall door.”
