‘Idol’ auditions start Monday

The search for the next Kelly Clarkson (and William Hung, most likely) begins Monday in San Diego.

Producers are beginning the search for the next “American Idol” in San Diego before visiting Dallas, Omaha, Atlanta, Charleston, Miami and Philadelphia. So, if you have what it takes (or a personality fit for those first terrible weeks), you better get in line.
