Gina Glocksen gets her day

Gina Glocksen will be honored Monday during Gina Glocksen Day in Tinley Park, Ill.
“American Idol” fans who live in and around Tinley Park, Ill., may want to clear their schedule for 4 p.m. Monday.
Gina Glocksen Day will be celebrated at that time at St. Julie Billiart Church, 7399 W. 159th St., Tinley Park. Doors open at 3:30 p.m. for the question-and-answer session, where Glocksen also will sign autographs.
Fans are asked to wear red and black, Glocksen’s trademark colors, to mark the day. Because of contract issues, Glocksen won’t be singing at the event.
