Another No. 1 for Carrie Underwood

Carrie Underwood is now part of another No. 1. Disney’s Enchanted was No. 1 this holiday weekend at the box office. The film features a song from the Season 4 American Idol winner, Ever, Ever After.

The film raked in $35.3 million across the United States and Canada, where it played in 3,730 theaters.

Enchanted tells the story of a princess who is transported from her fairy-tale life into real-world New York. The princess is played by Amy Adams (not the Season 3 Idol finalist), and the film also features the voices of Patrick Dempsey and Susan Sarandan, among many others.
