‘American Idol’ spoiler: Top 24 revealed?
David Archuleta is rumored to be one of the top 12 guys for Season 7. His traumatic vocal chord story — he almost couldn’t sing — certainly should get him some extra votes. Remember Anthony Federov?
If you hate these early audition weeks of American Idol, you may be interested in seeing what’s below. But, if you’re one for spoiled surprises, you may not want to read another word.
According to many rumor sites (all stemming back to “JoesPlace”), the Top 24 contestants — 12 guys and 12 girls — for Season 7 have been confirmed and now leaked. And I’m about to leak them, again.
Keep in mind this is just a rumor, but you certainly will see a lot of familiar names. There’s no Jeffery Lampkin, but there is Kristy Lee Cook and a few others who are less shocking. Again, if you don’t want me to ruin the surprise, stop reading, already.

These are some familiar names — or at least faces — but who stands out for you? Obviously, there are a few contestants who seem to have a running start (have I mentioned Kristy Lee Cook’s overexposure?), but what about those names you don’t recognize? Could they be from Tuesday’s auditions in Omaha? We’ll have to tune in and check it out.
