‘American Idol’ arrives at 50th Grammy Awards

There were more American Idol alums on the 50th Grammy Awards red carpet than musicians who didn’t get their start on the FOX reality hit. Or so it would seem.

From winners Carrie Underwood and Fantasia to fellow Grammy nominee Chris Daughtry, the red carpet also welcomed Idol faces such as Ace Young — someone probably should have told him you dress up for the Grammys — and Tamyra Gray. Even Paris Bennett made an appearance (or was I seeing things?).

Here are a few photos from the red carpet to hold you over. Check back later for more photos, as well as commentary on performances and wins (maybe even losses) from the night.
